I had way too many emails. And not spam. Spam I will ignore because although annoying it seems to be part of life, like flies.
So I started culling and daily digesting. Notifications from forums went as well. I go to the forums and check things out I will cope not having them sent to my inbox. I also stopped information emails (you know the ones like about.com) I enjoy them but I found myself recently ignoring them and deleting them so out they went.
Goodbye Martha too and BHG. Some good things in them but realistically me actually implementing these fantastic ideas at present are nil, nahdah, none. So they disappeared to. Flylady went as well. I use my control journal and I have my routines pretty well down and although I enjoy the testimonials I will live without them. I spose if I am desperate i could have a look on the yahoo group and see what has been going on.
It has been savage. Only a few things get through to me now and there are a couple that may get slashed yet. Remain part of the group but get slashed.
It took a while and I have admitted it before I am an internet junkie of the worst kind. But I feel a little better doing this and also as time goes on I am going to utilise it better then I do at present.
I turn it off more so that I don’t get as tempted to sit down and so far it seems to be working, the plan is to turn it on eventually only for a couple of hours a day but I’m not there yet. No where near close to that. When I have to go without it for a few days I feel lost so baby steps will be it for me.

Hi Bronmlee!
My cull wasn’t on emails, it was on my favourite blogs, I had over 140 of the things LOL
Net result is the same though, I read the information I really want and spend less time on the net.
I loved the clean-up
