It is funny. My darling partner is a horticulturalist. very talented when it comes to plants. Me I used to make magic with them. I would care for the sick plants and they would come alive again. I found it satisfying but I was never inclined to gardening. I found it too scary not the planting and growing but the bugs that came with them. I don’t handle creepie crawlies too well.
As I became older I was more disinclined, laziness played a big part. Well now I am on the go again.
I made 13 seedling cups using this tutorial I planted 2 plants in each one. Next week I will change the size of the tin I used and will only put one plant per seed cup. I am staggering the planting to try and hopefully stagger my plant maturation.
I am also going to do square foot gardening I should be able to handle this better then traditional gardening as I am not a fan of spending hours weeding. I may even start this in styrofoam containers from the markets rather then trying to make a frame for it.
Poor K will shake his head at me but I will try and persevere. Miss T joined in the planting and took the photo and I am hoping the more she helps the more inclined she will be to eat the food. Maybe she will rub off on the others.
So lets see what happens over the next few weeks.
