Tap dancing through life.

Some days are just like tap dancing lots of simple small moves that make it into a wonderful complex performance. Today was one of those days.
The house I managed to get tidy.
My partner started his new job from which he came home nice and early and not tired! Amazing something I haven’t seen in 5 years.
I finished off a doona (feather quilt) cover for Miss C. She chose the material from a wide variety and she is very happy with it.

She carefully closed her door to keep everyone out.

I french seamed the whole lot and added velcro to the slips to keep them on. I was really pleased with how it finished up.
I saw I am Legend and loved it.
The girls gave me peace and quiet for a few minutes.
The piano was played.
And my book received a wonderful review
Simple items but the whole day just felt wonderful and so much more emotional then can be explained properly.
