Bears are selling

Well the dogs are anyway.

Jul went to a new home as did Fifi and now I  have young Sheiba hoping to find a new home. 

I really have to thank everyone for the lovely comments i received.  I’m sorry i haven’t replied to all but the run up to Xmas and the girls starting their 6 weeks of holdays has me all out of kilter.  The pc isn’t even on my horizon and I think all the blogs in m google reader I need to catch up on is just scaring me.

I want to complete another little japanese dog for a Xmas present.  Miss N fell hard for the last one and was really upset when it sold.  So the plan is to make another just the same and give it to her.  Maybe in her stocking as an extra surprise.

Today I managed to finish the dreaded cat that has been giving me such a horrendous time for the past few months.  She fought me to the very end.  Every step a struggle but in the end I think she was worth it.  An aristocrat from her needle felted nose to the tip ofg her tail.

I have lightly tipped her fur in lack to take her colouring to that of a chinchilla persian.  Only her head and tail are jointed and she is actually  lifesize and weighted to give that feeling.

I may do some more work on her yet but I just wated to prove that I hadn’t thrown her out the window.  eventually she will make her way onto eBay too but not till after Christmas.

Christmas is zipping up so fast I can’t believe it.  But it has been fun at the same time.
